Learning Support Assistant – Primary SEN (Reception to KS2) Location: Hailsham, East Sussex Pay: £14.25 per hour Contract: Full-Time | Term Time Only

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Hailsham, East Sussex to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs from Reception through to KS2.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children at a crucial stage in their development, helping them build confidence, communication skills, and independence in a nurturing environment.

The Role

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC) Support children with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support plans Help create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Encourage independence and promote pupil confidence
