You will provide dedicated, consistent support to a Year 4 boy with ASD and behavioural needs, helping him engage positively with learning and daily routines.\n Working alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and inclusion team, you will follow an individualised behaviour and learning plan, apply de-escalation techniques and deliver structured, calm support throughout the school day.
