1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 4\n Location: Aldermans Green, CV2\n Weekly Pay: £460 to £500\n Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only\n Start Date: 05.01.2026\n Contract: Temp-to-Perm\n Looking for a truly rewarding 1:1 role where your support will change the course of a child's education?\n This rewarding 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role places you at the heart of a Year 4 classroom, supporting a pupil with ASD and challenging behaviour to feel safe, regulated and ready to learn.\n Long Term Futures are working closely with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school in Aldermans Green (CV2) to appoint a confident, resilient 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training. You will provide dedicated, consistent support to a Year 4 boy with ASD and behavioural needs, helping him engage positively with learning and daily routines.\n Working alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and inclusion team, you will follow an individualised behaviour and learning plan, apply de-escalation techniques and deliver structured, calm support throughout the school day.
