As a Project Coordinator in our Refugee Support and Restoring Family Links team, you'll play a key role in delivering group sessions, wellbeing activities, and practical support for refugees and asylum seekers. In this role, you'll help people navigate complex systems, rebuild their lives, and feel more connected to their community. Coordinating and delivering project work, group sessions, and wellbeing activities. Championing and managing volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Building relationships with external partners and maintaining referral pathways. Responding to safeguarding concerns and managing risks in line with policy. To be a successful Project Coordinator, what will you need? Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. Experience working with vulnerable people, ideally refugees or asylum seekers. Excellent communication skills, including working with interpreters.
