Pay: £12.30 £13.00 per hour + sleep-in allowance Hours: 152169 per month (rolling rota, evenings, weekends & sleep-ins) Contract: Temp-to-Perm opportunity Location: Cheltenham, GL51 Are you passionate about making a real difference in young peoples lives? Were looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a committed team, guiding and empowering young people aged 1625 as they transition into adulthood. What Youll Do: Build trusted, supportive relationships with young people.
Teach and encourage life skills from budgeting to cooking.
Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
Support access to education, training, and employment.
Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted requirements.
Keep clear, accurate records and champion young peoples voices.
About You: Experience supporting young people (supported accommodation experience desirable).
Strong communication, patience, and resilience especially in challenging situations.
Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to professional conduct.
