The role
Better Building Control is a new approved inspector launching in London. We're not building another box-ticking operation - we're building the building control company that developers and homeowners actually want to use. Fast, transparent, tech-enabled.
We're looking for one Registered Building Inspector to come in as our founding inspector. You'll be the person who sets the standard.
What's on offer
- £60,000–£70,000 base depending on experience
- 10% net profit share from Month 1
- 5% equity vesting over 3 years
- Genuine input into how we build and operate
- Hybrid working - we're not asking you to sit in an office
What we need from you
- Registered Building Inspector (BSR registered) - Class 2 minimum
- Experience across domestic and/or small residential development
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Someone who wants to build something, not just fill a role
What this isn't
This isn't a local authority role with 40 inspections a week and no support. xohmjla We're building the systems, the tech, and the team around you so you can actually do the job properly.
