Yield Group Leader – Oldham

Are you a talented semiconductor engineer with a passion for Yield and Process Improvement? A leading technology firm in Oldham is seeking a Yield Group Leader to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects to improve yield of advance semiconductor products.

As a Yield Group Leader, you will be instrumental in leading a team to maintain and improve the yield of products. This involves analysing production data, identifying yield detractors, and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

You will have a degree in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Additionally, candidates should have:

- Previous team leadership experience

- Proven experience in Process, Yield, Test or Quality engineering.

- Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge of statistical process control.

- Strong analysis skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
