Th Job holder will be leading the department on yield efficiency , and reporting through to the lead Business Unit Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure that yield standards within the factory are completed according to frequency of testing. Ensure all scrape tests / dry yields and are carried out on white & dark meat and recorded into dry yield master file, scrape test master file, yield trackers and reporting any poor performance to Operations Manager Carry out daily checks on Mass Balance reporting "v" actual yield reporting and report any discrepancies to Operations Manager Track and trend yields against pre-determined target Summarise daily/weekly reporting using short term action log detailing any corrective actions along with owner for accountability Report daily to Operations Manager any discrepancies or decrease in yields against standard Report weekly to Operation Manager any discrepancies or decrease in yields against standard Updating Operations Manager on all issues relating to poor meat yields Management responsibility for Yield Operative Manage all health & safety issues relating to area of responsibility. Carry out and comply with all company policies, procedures and instructions and any other reasonable duties deemed necessary.
