Contract: Until Summer 2026 Holidays (potential of permanent contract)

I'm currently supporting a warm, community-focused primary school in the WF9 area of Wakefield, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and committed primary teacher to join the team from January 2026. This is a varied and rewarding position that combines teaching with leadership and wider school involvement.

Afternoons - Year 6 Teacher (20 pupils):

You'll work with a small but complex Year 6 class. These pupils need someone calm, patient and nurturing, with strong behaviour management and the ability to build trust.

Mornings - Leadership, PPA and KS2 Support:

Your mornings will include leadership time, PPA cover and support across Years 3-6. This role gives you the chance to work closely with colleagues, share expertise and contribute to progress across the phase.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong KS2 experience, ideally including Year 6
