Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum • Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments (SATs) with confidence and expertise • Use assessment data to track progress and implement targeted interventions • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development • Build strong relationships with parents and carers • Take part in wider school life, including trips, clubs, and enrichment activities

What We’re Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential • Experienced primary teacher (not suitable for ECTs) • Strong KS2 background, ideally within Year 6 or upper KS2 • Proven ability to deliver strong pupil progress and outcomes • Confident knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills • A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
