Academics are seeking a confident and motivated Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Canterbury. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys upper KS2 and supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition to Year 6.

What you'll do as a Year 5 Teacher:
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum

Support pupils in developing independence and resilience

Maintain a calm, inclusive, and well-managed classroom

Monitor progress and provide targeted support where needed

Work collaboratively with staff and leadership

Build strong relationships with parents and carers

What we're looking for in a Year 5 Teacher:
QTS / ECTs welcome

Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge

Confident behaviour management

Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
