Staff are supported through collaborative planning, consistent behaviour policies, and ongoing CPD opportunities , creating a positive and supportive working environment. The school are keen to appoint a Year 4 teacher with strong Key Stage 2 experience and confidence in delivering high-quality differentiated lessons . Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is beneficial, as the class requires a teacher who can build positive relationships, and implement consistent behaviour strategies . The Successful Candidate Will: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
