Year 4 Teacher – Teaching Personnel

Are you an engaging educator ready to make a splash in a vibrant Bury community? Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly, two-form entry primary school in Bury.

This is a full-time, long-term role, starting as soon as possible and running through to July 2026.

The Role

As one of the Year 4 teachers, you will work closely with your partner teacher to deliver a creative and balanced curriculum. The school is known for its strong “community feel” and is looking for someone who can build excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Planning: Work alongside the parallel Year 4 teacher to share ideas and resources.
Engaging Delivery: Inspire a love of learning through interactive and inclusive teaching.
Assessment & Progress: Monitor pupil development and implement interventions where needed to ensure every child thrives.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment where children feel confident to take risks in their learning.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience advantageous)
A positive, proactive attitude
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Legal right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
