• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary settings, ideally within lower Key Stage 2.
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, purposeful teaching.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
