The successful Year 3 Teacher will take responsibility for a class of around 20 pupils, providing the opportunity to deliver focused teaching and support pupils as they progress into Key Stage 2. Staff work closely together to ensure pupils feel supported, confident, and motivated in their learning, while maintaining high expectations for both behaviour and academic progress.
