The Role

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible:

* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Maintaining strong but fair behaviour management
* Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
* Assessing progress and supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes
* Working collaboratively with KS1 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
* Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

This role would suit an enthusiastic and reflective Year 2 Teacher who thrives in a high-performing school environment.

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS1, ideally as a Year 2 Teacher
* Strong understanding of phonics, early reading, and KS1 assessment
* High expectations for behaviour, progress, and attainment
