The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS1 (or be an ECT)
* Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, particularly Year 2 expectations and SATs preparation

* Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
