We are working with a vibrant primary academy in Croydon, that values community, strong leadership, and a holistic approach to education. This school are looking for a Year 2 class teacher for a full-time temporary role, starting September 2025, with strong potential for the position to become permanent.

Key responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging Year 2 lessons

* Use assessment data to assess pupil progress

* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Working closely with parents, carers, and staff to improve outcomes

* Participating in school meetings, CPD, and staff activities

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching Key Stage 1

* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Flexible, professional, and collaborative approach

* Enhanced DBS check
