Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students across various subjects and year groups Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in implementing personalised interventions and monitoring student progress Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence within the classroom and wider school environmentWhat the School is Looking For:
