Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Camden) | Immediate Start

A welcoming Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil starting immediately.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm) and would suit a compassionate and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting young learners with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with speech and language needs and be confident implementing strategies to help develop communication and engagement in the classroom.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil access learning and develop their confidence both academically and socially. xbpsjku

The Role

• Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 support
• Immediate start
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
• Pay: £95 - £105 per day (PAYE)
• Support a pupil with speech and language needs
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SEN team

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience supporting SEN pupils in a primary setting
• Speech and language experience highly desirable
• Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
