Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed, adaptable and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive one-form-entry primary school in Boscombe. This long-term role will begin after the Easter break and run through to the end of the academic year.
This class includes a high proportion of pupils with Special Educational Needs, so the school is looking for a practitioner who can confidently differentiate learning, build strong relationships and create a calm, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers.

The Role
As the Year 5 Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Differentiate effectively to meet a wide range of SEN needs
• Plan, prepare and assess in line with school expectations
• Work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and the SENCo
• Promote positive behaviour, clear routines and high engagement
• Support pupils in developing confidence, independence and resilience

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability

• Show commitment to inclusive, child-centred teaching
• Be organised, reliable and motivated to maintain high standards
