To support the WTWA Associate Group Director Estates in shaping the future provision of Estates Services across WTWA and associated properties. This will include the strategic development of services to ensure they are high quality, progressive, responsive to internal and external demand, patient focused and fully support the strategic and future operational needs of the service delivery contracts.
To be accountable for all day-to-day operational aspects of Estates Services Hard FM delivered across WTWA and associated properties, its partnership organisations and internal customers. This will include the support and development of services to ensure they are progressive, responsive to internal and external demand, patient focused, safe, efficient and effective. The post-holder is required to work within a robust governance structure and performance against agreed service standards and key performance indicators.
