  Supervise and lead a small fabrication team, managing workload, performance, and safety compliance.

  Conduct complex tool repairs and sheet metal fabrication using TIG, MIG and gas welding methods.
• 
  Liaise with production and engineering teams to deliver preventative maintenance and project work.
• 
  Provide hands-on support and mentorship to ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. xbpsjku

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with 5S and SHEQ standards.
