We're looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Shropshire and help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

Location : Shropshire
Hours : Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week, site based 5 days per week
Salary : £35,672 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the workshop and lead a skilled team to deliver maintenance and repair programmes safely, on time, and within budget
Your day to day will include:
Ensure effective delivery of programme of works
Undertake weekly safety site inspections of the workshop, ensure good housekeeping is maintained
Updating of workshop computer systems
Provide estimates for vehicle repairs
Collaborate, promote and develop Health, Safety and wellbeing innovations
What are we looking for?
This role of Workshop Supervisor is great if you have:
Hands on MOT testing experience
Confident with workshop computer systems and record keeping
Understand Guide to Roadworthiness and HGV inspection protocols
Solid knowledge of O Licence compliance (OLAT)
Hold a valid driving licence – Category B & C (essential for this position)
