Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician Identifying Technician Training Needs. What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Controller? Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated to within this environment A strong knowledge of Health and Safety Confident with dealing with people at all levels, be able to build an immediate rapport E...
