CRS are assisting our Plant Hire client in sourcing a full time Workshop Supervisorto join the team and oversee daily operations at the depot based in the Falkirk area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of the workshop, plant, fitters and processes, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Our Supervisorwill be responsible for various duties relating to various ancillary and heavy plant equipment. The position will be predominately workshop based, however there may be a requirement for some site-based work. Workshop Supervisorduties will include: Co-ordinating the maintenance schedules of the various items of plant and machinery. Conducting regular servicing of plant and equipment in the workshop (site servicing may also be required). Ensuring Health and Safety compliance throughout the workshop and surrounding areas. Maintaining plant and equipment records. Assist with telephone requests from Sites and prioritise call outs to breakdowns.
