The Role
As a Workshop Mechanic , you'll take on a hands-on role where every day brings something new. From power tools to small plant, petrol engines to electrics, you'll diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure their customers receive equipment they can trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of powered hire tools and small plant.
Troubleshoot electrical (240v & 110v), mechanical, and petrol/diesel engine faults.
Perform pre-hire and post-hire inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
Test and sign off repaired equipment for customer use.
Maintain accurate records using our workshop management system.
