NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire organisation that is looking to bring an experienced Workshop Plant Fitter into their growing team.

The Role

As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy plant equipment within a workshop environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out routine servicing and inspections on plant machinery Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Completing repairs and refurbishments within the workshop Maintaining detailed service records and job reports Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards

The Candidate

We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer who takes pride in their work.

Ideal background:

Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Workshop Engineer, or similar Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines Experience working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers Ability to work independently and as part of a team
