Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively partnered with a global bespoke manufacturer who are seeking an experienced and driven Works Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of their metal processing facility.

Key Responsibilities of the Works Manager include: Manage, mentor, and develop production teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and accountability Drive a positive culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Oversee all metal processing activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met Set and monitor weekly production plans and collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met Maintain a strong shopfloor presence to monitor performance, resolve issues, and support team needs Identify and implement lean manufacturing practices (5S, waste elimination, value stream mapping, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce costs Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
