We are seeking three Workplace Support Coordinators to join Microlink's Corporate Operations Team on a permanent full-time hybrid basis.

As a Workplace Support Coordinator, you are at the heart of that mission.

You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they receive the adjustments they need. You are not just managing cases; you are making a meaningful difference to people’s working lives every day.

You will coordinate each case from start to finish, working with assessors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions, all while providing a supportive and professional experience. Quite simply, you are the face of Microlink.

What You’ll Be Doing

Speaking with individuals to understand their needs and challenges at work
Coordinating assessments and managing cases end-to-end
Reviewing recommendations and ensuring quality and compliance
Arranging and overseeing the delivery of workplace adjustments
Supporting clients throughout their journey and following up on outcomes

What you can expect:

Starting salary of £24,784.50 per annum.
6-month probation period.
