We are seeking a Workplace and Events Manager to be responsible for all aspects off the operational management of  our flagship workspace and HQ based in Canary Wharf.  Our Head Office team are imperative to the success for our business.  We are looking for someone to transform the office in to a showcase for workplace experience, successfully integrate our services, providing a cohesive service offering.

Your duties will include.

• Lead  the workplace experience strategy, ensuring every touchpoint enhances employee and visitor experience.
\n\t
• Plan and deliver events - Owning the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events.
\n\t
• Curate Hospitality and Guest Services - Ensure a premium, welcoming experience for all guests and stakeholders.
\n\t
• Create engaging moments.,  Designing and implementing workplace activations that foster community and wellbeing.
\n\t
• Leading and Inspiring the Workplace Team.
\n\t
• Health & Safety Compliance ensuring all workplace activities comply with health and safety regulations, and proactively manage risks on-site.

To be successful in this role you will need.

\n\t
• Significant corporate / office / customer service experience facilities management & workplace experience.
\n\t
• Strong background in corporate events management office.
\n\t
• Health & Safety experience including IOSH Managing Safety Excellent communication skills.
\n\t
• P&L management of £1m+  
\n
