Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and work alongside the site team and subcontractors, mentor apprentices and actively participate in skilled construction work. Ensure all site operations adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and Company policies, leading by example in safe working practices, conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
