Due to continued expansion we're looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor to join our client's busy workshop team.

If you're a time-served Fabricator/Welder with proven leadership experience, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a key hands-on role within a busy, high performance marine fabrication environment.

As a Working Foreman/Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading day‑to‑day workshop and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our client is known for.

Your role will include:

Hands-On & Technical Responsibilities

Overseeing fabrication, assembly, and installation of marine components Interpreting and working from engineering and technical drawings Carrying out fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard Supporting vessel repair, refit, and shipbuilding projects Ensuring compliance with workmanship and quality inspection requirements

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
