Are you currently looking for a new contract as a Working Foreman?
Do you have a carpentry background?
This job is to look after and lead the team on a high spec 2 bedroom apartment refurbishment in the Hyde Park area. The project is a medium strip out and complete refurb with a 6 month time frame (with follow on projects).
You will be tasked with ensuring the project runs to schedule and delivers the required high specification, looking after all the day to day aspects of the job.
The job is likely to start mid next week or the following week.
The client is looking for applications from people who have worked for small construction companies in the past and someone who understands the need to ‘get stuck in’ to get results and make the job a success.
