Join a globally recognised organisation as an in-house Workday HCM Functional Lead. In this role, you’ll blend stakeholder management with hands-on Workday design, support, and leadership of a talented team of Workday analysts.

This position offers a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week onsite in London, and comes with an attractive package of £85,000–£90,000 + benefits.

Reporting to the Head of People Technology, you’ll play a key role in optimising and expanding the Workday HR platform for a business investing heavily in its Workday roadmap. This role is ideal for someone with proven Workday leadership experience, gained in consulting or industry, and strong stakeholder management skills across HR and the wider business.

Workday Principal Analyst / Functional Lead – Required Profile:

• In-depth Workday functional expertise gained with a Workday customer or Partner
• Proven people leadership experience on Workday implementations or support teams
• Hands-on leader, comfortable with configuration across multiple Workday modules
• Strong communicator, able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of driving user adoption and change management
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Reporting, Security, with oversight of Workday integrations
