This is a rare opportunity to shape the entire build, roll out multiple modules, and make a real impact on a project that will transform HR and Finance operations worldwide. As a Workday Implementation Specialist, youll play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the business. What Youll Do

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM and related modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Financials). Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Manage data migration, integration's, and testing phases. Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. What Theyre Looking For

Proven experience in Workday implementation projects (minimum 3 years hands-on). Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, integrations, and security setup. Experience across multiple modules (HCM essential; Financials, Payroll, Absence, Compensation desirable). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Workday certifified (Core HCM or other modules)
