My client is looking for experienced Winder / Fitter to join them on a permanent basis
Ideally you will have winding experience, however pump fitting experience is essential
* Initial resistance and earth tests
* Recording motor nameplate detail and as received terminal connection Mark and dismantle defective motors
* Identifying reason(s) for failure
* Identifying worn parts
* Identifying and listing parts required for repair
* Noting winding connections,winding configuration,turns,wire size
* Forming coils using coil winding machine
* Winding stators and/or armatures
* Weld,braze or solder electrical connections
* Assembly and testing of motors
* Recording test data
* Finish paints praying
It is expected that you will have the ability to speak English,plus some numerical skill.
You can expect good working conditions and excellent rates of pay. Also an initial disturbance allowance will be payable to suitable candidates.
