SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As the key markets evolve and change we are looking for someone to assist in driving our growth across wholesale & marketplace. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Admin Assistant to manage the end-to-end coordination of wholesale shipments & marketplace stock package.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Coordinate and book shipmentsto wholesale partners worldwide, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time dispatch.
Maintain clear, timely communication with wholesale clients — sharing packing lists, tracking info, and estimated delivery dates.
Manage all shipping logistics from order confirmation to final delivery and coordinating with our 3PL.
Maintain the global free stock list to ensure the correct stock is available on market place and for wholesale re-orders
Support the wholesale manager in achieving wholesale strategies to drive revenue growth and in turn expand the brand's presence in the market.
Support with in season Trading with existing key businesses to drive sell through
Help maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale accounts.
Support with each campaign market. Splitting booking in wholesale appointments for each sales campaign ensuring all key accounts and existing customers are booked in
Supporting with preparation of accounts prior to wholesale appointments

Product Lifecycle Management - maintain correct pricing and manage wholesale stock levels within zedonk

YOUR PROFILE

· Ideally 1-2+ years in apparel or accessories wholesale and/or a fashion degree

· In-depth knowledge of the fashion wholesale market, including an understanding of current trends, pricing structures, and distribution channels.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

· Confident in excel and google sheets and product management systems.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make strategic decisions.

· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

· Be prepared to travel internationally from time to time
