We are known for rapid growth and a customer-first approach, with a strong online presence and a large community of affiliates and fans.About the roleAs our Wholesale Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new retail partners, managing existing accounts, and driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach. This role blends strategic account management, onboarding, and business development.Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new retail partners, ensuring contracts, documentation, and systems setup are completed smoothly and accurately.Collaborate cross-functionally to activate new retailers—including SKU creation, pricing validation, and data setup.Provide new partners with brand assets, product details, and compliance materials.Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners—resolving issues, answering product or order queries, and ensuring long-term success.Support logistics and operations in tracking orders, managing reorders, and keeping CRM data up to date.Analyse sales data to spot growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Nurture relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection.Proactively identify and research potential retail partners that align with Wonderskin’s brand and growth goals.Drive outbound outreach to introduce the brand and pitch partnership opportunities.Partner with Sales & Marketing to craft compelling outreach strategies and materials.Represent Wonderskin in initial conversations and support retailer pitches with strong product and market insights.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all products meet retailer and industry standards (e.g. packaging, labeling, safety).Keep product specs, certifications, and compliance documentation up to date and accurate.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance-related challenges.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with teams across Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure frictionless order processing and account growth.Prepare updates and insights for internal meetings, strategy sessions, and partner reviews.About you2+ years of experience in wholesale, account management, or retail partnerships, ideally in a B2B environment.Strong track record of building and managing retail accounts with a focus on growth and retention.Commercially minded with a proactive attitude toward outreach and new business.Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you know how to build rapport and get things done.Tech-savvy: confident using Excel, CRM tools, and EDI systems.Experience with retailer compliance and onboarding processes is a big plus.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth, high-energy environment.We would love to respond to every application however due to the volume of applications we receive this isn’t always possible.
