EES Solution is seeking a passionate and technically capable Wheel & Tyre Standards Engineer to join our client’s Core Wheel & Tyre Team. This is a pivotal role in the development of future vehicle platforms, where you will contribute to the creation and implementation of standards, test procedures, and tools to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient wheel and tyre systems.
You will work across multiple functions—engineering, design, testing, manufacturing, and research—providing expertise that influences the direction of vehicle architecture and component development. This role offers a great opportunity to be involved at the early stages of product development, as well as in forward-looking technologies related to wheel and tyre systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and develop requirements and test procedures for:
* Wheels
* Tyres
* Valves
* Wheel and tyre assemblies
* Puncture Management Systems (PMS)
* Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
* Conduct and contribute to Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
* Analyse test and design data, draw conclusions, and produce technical reports
* Assist in developing tools and processes to support wheel & tyre engineering activities
