The Role

As a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils through the medium of Welsh on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities Help pupils develop their Welsh language skills, confidence, and independence Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and Welsh-speaking learning environment Requirements Fluent Welsh speaker (essential) Experience working with children in an educational setting Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register A patient, caring, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Aspire People Can Offer You Supportive schools that value your Welsh language skills and development Access to fr...
