Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies. Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience in secondary education (subject specialisms welcomed). Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
