Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor who demonstrates exceptional behaviour management skills alongside a creative and supportive approach. In this role, you will collaborate with an innovative and forward-thinking team to deliver a unique curriculum, maintaining high expectations and inspiring a genuine love of learning in all pupils.

Key Requirements

Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential). PGCE or PCET qualifications also accepted. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations. Understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
