We are working with a leading global law firm seeking a Wellbeing Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced and international environment, where you will have the opportunity to be creative and play a key part in driving the wellbeing of employees globally. Key Responsibilities Deliver the wellbeing strategy across leadership and culture, prevention and support, and measurement and continuous improvement Use data and insights to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for wellbeing initiatives Plan and deliver internal wellbeing initiatives (e.g. mental health awareness campaigns and wellbeing-focused events) Collaborate across teams including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Reward, HR Business Partnering, Talent, Policies, Operations, and Facilities Partner with the DEI team to support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive people strategy Work closely with the Reward team on global wellbeing benefits Manage and support a network of Wellbeing Champions Provide line management support to a junior team member About You You bring proven experience developing and delivering wellbeing strategies within a professional services or corporate environment.
