We are working with a respected private mental health provider to appoint an experienced Wellbeing Centre Manager for their established outpatient service in Manchester.

This centre offers fast access to high-quality care for a range of mental health needs, including support for depression, anxiety, and stress, alongside a specialist service for young people and private autism assessments. The role is ideally suited for someone passionate about person-centred care and operational excellence in a private healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational management of the centre
• Line manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth and compassionate service delivery
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to growth strategies
• Represent the centre in senior business meetings
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care
• Develop and maintain effective policies, systems, and procedures across all operational areas
• Provide leadership aligned with strong values and a commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in private healthcare
• Strong background in managing innovation and service improvements
• Decisive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
• Experience operating at a senior level within a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication, people management, and strategic thinking skills
• Forward-thinking and proactive approach to service delivery
