WELLBEING AND RECOVERY WORKER - WELLNESS IN MIND, NEWARK, PERMANENT, 22HPW, GRADE 4 CORE £27,500, FTE Framework are seeking a Wellbeing and Recovery Worker to join their Mental Health and Wellbeing team (Wellness in Mind), delivering specialist mental health psychoeducation and support to adults in Nottinghamshire. The service offers self-referral support to adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health, and prides itself on a personalised and trauma informed approach to support. The successful candidate for this role will be delivering a range of mental health interventions to a diverse range of clients, and we seek team members who are able to work in partnership with service users to deliver mental health support in a way that works for them. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to provide impactful support to a broad range of people, and to contribute to the shaping and development of a new mental wellbeing offer for Nottinghamshire. A broad range of training opportunities will be provided for the successful candidate. The successful candidate should demonstrate a good understanding of the experiences of those who are struggling with their mental or emotional wellbeing, which may have been developed through professional or lived experience.
