Role: Welder/FabricatorLocation: KetteringSalary: Up to 40k depending on experienceOur client is currently seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder with fabrication skills who enjoys working on a variety of projects and producing high-quality work.Responsibilities:Perform MIG / TIG / MMA welding on a range of metal componentsRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsFabricate and assemble metal structures and partsCut, shape and prepare materials using fabrication tools and machineryEnsure all work meets quality and safety standardsCarry out inspections and basic maintenance on welding equipmentWork independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlinesSkills and Experience:Proven experience as a Welder FabricatorExperience with MIG and/or TIG weldingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong fabrication and metalworking skillsGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work safely in a workshop environmentWelding certifications or relevant engineering qualificationsExperience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminiumWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
