Job Description

Welder/Fabricator (Field-Based) £35,000-£40,000 + Training + Uncapped Overtime + Monday-Friday Rugby, Warwickshire

Are you a Fabricator/Welder with an NVQ Level 3 or similar looking for a varied role offering a 50/50 split between workshop and field-based work, alongside uncapped overtime to increase your earnings?

\n

This established manufacturing company has been providing fabrication and engineering solutions across multiple industries, including infrastructure sectors such as water, gas, and oil, since the 2010s.

\n

In this role, you will split your time evenly between the workshop and site work. In the workshop, you will carry out fabrication using machinery such as band saws, press brakes, and guillotines, as well as MIG and TIG welding on materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper. On-site, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fabricated products such as pipework systems, railings, and gantries from Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

This role would suit a Fabricator/Welder with an NVQ Level 3 looking to progress into a dynamic position offering unlimited overtime at enhanced rates and external training to develop your skills.

Installing and maintaining pipework systems and structures on-site \n

50/50 workshop and field-based work \n

\n Fabricator/Welder or similar background \n

NVQ Level 3 in Welding/Fabrication (or equivalent) \n

Full UK driving licence \n

Able to commute to Rugby \n
