We are looking for Class 1 Welders to join our team at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting submarine engineering projects. Job Description: Apply Manual Metal Arc (MMA) welding to a variety of heavy-duty marine and structural components Work on submarines, surface ships, dockside infrastructure, and controlled factory environments Operate welding and some fabrication equipment to consistently high standards Read and interpret complex engineering drawings from a welding perspective, procedures, and technical specifications Work closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to meet tight safety and performance targets What you'll need: Strong capability in MMA/Stick welding on heavy plate, structural steel, or marine-grade materials Experience working in shipbuilding, ship repair, infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments Apply
