CNC Recruitment is seeking skilled Welder / Fabricators to join a reputable client in the Bridgwater area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Welders who take pride in their precision and independence.
Location: Welder / Fabrication
Rate: Skilled Welder Fabricator (£15£17/hr) Senior/Lead Welder Fabricator (£17£20/hr)
Hours: 07:0016:00, Monday to Friday
Start Date: 5 th Jan 2026
Contract Full Time, Permanent
Key Duties:
Fabricate steel components from engineering drawings
MIG welding (TIG desirable)
Set up and use workshop machines: bandsaw, pillar drill, rollers, press brake
Dimensional checks & basic QA
Follow EN1090 and company process
Maintain a clean, safe, organised workspace
Support apprentices and junior staff
Log work correctly on our production system
Requirements:
2+ years fabrication experience
Able to read drawings independently
Reliable, positive, team-first attitude
Good communication
