Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with over 85 years of successful trading. They are currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their production team, delivering high-quality fabrication and welding work while supporting safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities

TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
Reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings
Preparing materials and operating fabrication tools and machinery
Manufacturing jigs and fixtures as required
Producing components on time, to specification, and within production targets
Adhering to SOPs and all Health & Safety procedures
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction
Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards

Requirements

Proven experience in a Welder Fabricator role
Competency in TIG and MIG welding
Strong ability to work accurately from technical drawings
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
A proactive and team-oriented approach
